Lepo Polje (Beautiful Field) Nursery
Lepo Polje (Beautiful Field) Nursery is located on about 15 hectares and still expanding. We produces more than 800 decorative species of conifers and deciduous trees and shrubs, and more than 200 species of perennial plants and ornamental grasses.
We are specialized for "schooling" of very large trees, over 10 meters high. Plants are replanted a few times in the nursery, so their roots becomes stronger and compact, which ensures success of planting in their final destination - at your garden. Some of the trees that we have successfully replanted were 20 meters high and 25 tons in weight.
We are exporting our plants to many middle and east European countries. For many years we are cooperating with Institute of Forestry in Belgrade and with Serbian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. Institute of Forestry brings their students and cooperatives to the practical training, lessons and studies at our nursery.
Our landscape engineers and professional workers have undertaken more than 350 garden and park projects in Serbia and abroad. Many of those gardens have taken 1st prizes as the most beautiful gardens in their respective cities (Belgrade, Novi Sad, Subotica, Loznica, Zlatibor...).
At many international horticultural fairs and exhibitions we have taken more than 50 cups and trophies, gold and great gold medals and many diplomas. No other nursery has come close to the number of accolades' we have achieved.
Still our biggest pride are the friends we have met through our nursery.
